Straight answers before you start.
The preview, pricing, existing tools, launch responsibilities, and handoff should all be clear before work moves forward.
Is the private preview a live website?
No. It is an access-controlled working preview for owner review. It is not indexed, and its forms and customer actions do not reach real customers.
When does pricing become final?
After you review the direction and the launch responsibilities are clear. SiteRefit then provides a flat written quote tied to that scope.
Will this replace my ordering, booking, catalog, or obituary system?
Not by default. Wrapper projects keep the working backend in place and create a clearer public front end that routes visitors into the existing system.
Can a preview use my real business details?
A private preview can use owner-approved details. Public examples stay fictional unless a business explicitly approves public use.
What do you need from me?
Start with the current website and the action customers need to take. Before launch, you will also confirm business facts, access, content, and ownership details.
What happens after I approve launch scope?
The approved direction becomes the live site or front-end upgrade. Content, access, redirects, forms, analytics, and handoff are checked before launch.
What happens after launch?
The agreed handoff is completed. Any later support or new work is optional and scoped separately.
Have a different question?
Send the current website and the decision you are trying to make. We will start there.
